The terrain of Hongxiang Garden is divided into two parts, the north part and south part, which is contructed through two phases. in the general layout, high-rise and linear small high-rise buildings are arranged along the street, and in order to avoid outside noise and interrution, a technique of high in outside and low in insider, enclosure and interspersion is adopted, by which the space sequence of general layout arrangement in the district is clear and organic. Its green sequence goes like green in the center-green in the house clusters-green between houses, by which an rich and interesting space node is formed; meanwhile, the multi-layered space for sightseeing is designed, by which the sight resources are fully made use of and the theme of water goes through from beginning to the end. The flat type is designed originally: the different surrounding environment creates natural difference for the residential space, and in the end the residence achieves its comfort. Fusion of Chinese and western architectural styles is adopted with the warm color as its focus, by which a warm atmosphere is added to this district.
