Time of completion: 2006
The design intends to solve two problems: firstly, the layout shall, under the condition of excessively restricted landform and a relatively high FAR, embody the features of the traditional villages and towns in Spain, and meet the market requirement of developers on type of flat, area, resources, etc.; secondly, certain architectural languages shall be found out in the single building design which not only meet the living habits of domestic residents, but also reveal the traditional architectural features in Spain. In the project completed, these two problems are solved by making full use of the mountain resources to form a natural and zigzagging layout, by organizing the town house, duplex condo villas and detached ones, by coordinating the sight and the greening, and by sufficiently considering the needs of the residents.
